Lynn Dance

In 1975 Dance along with Robert Stark began to pursue a project of documenting Nebraska people, landscapes and architecture for the American Centennial celebration. The work resulted in March 1976 show at the Sheldon Memorial Art Gallery in Lincoln and an exhibition book distributed by the University of Nebraska Press. Sheldon Director Norman Geske served as director of the Nebraska Photographic Documentary project. Arthur Rothstein and Wright Morris wrote introductions for the book.
