Psychologist, head of the psychology department and Dean of Arts and Sciences at Omaha University (later the University of Nebraska-Omaha). Lifelong Republican who headed Ronald Reagan's Omaha campaign for the GOP nomination in 1968. He also served as Assistant Athletic Director and in other support positions in athletics at Omaha University. His poems praising Nebraska were published in 1977 in a booklet titled Songs of Nebraska.
