Storyteller, actress, theater director, best known for her work in Omaha, Duncan was the wife of famous hand press printer/publisher Harry Duncan. She was a very successful theatrical director, working at schools, colleges, the University of Iowa, and community theaters. Duncan also served as Associate Director of the Omaha Community Playhouse, and Executive Director of The Emmy Gifford Children's Theater in Omaha. She was co-chair of the 1996 Storytelling Festival of Nebraska.
