Long time Omaha educator, Catholic schools and College of St. Mary. Sister Catherine Rupp belonged to the religious order the Servants of Mary, which established and governs Marian High School in Omaha. After her retirement from the College of St. Mary, she moved to Rome to take various leadership roles in the international headquarters of the Servants of Mary, and continued in leadership roles in the order after her return to the United States.
