Reilly wrote the foreword to Letters From the Front by Bob Kerrey. Reilly has had numerous articles in a variety of publications. His father, Robert T. Reilly is a noted author and Professor. Hugh Reilly is currently Vice-President of Nebraska Writers Guild (October 1999).
