Grace Sorensen

Sorensen was founder, editor, publisher and sole owner of Every Child's Magazine, 1914-1932. Her father, Alfred Sorensen, editor of the weekly Omaha Examiner, publicized and supported her work. From 1900 to 1906, she had been editor of the magazine The Children of the United States which published articles by school children.

Nebraska History (formerly NSHS) has a web page on Sorensen. The 1916 Blue Book of Nebraska Women: A History of Contemporary Women by Winona Evans Reeves has a biographical essay on Sorensen.
