David Hendee

A journalist for the Omaha World Herald, Hendee writes mostly about natural resources, rural issues, and the State Game and Parks Commission. He has dedicated 40 years to the profession. He is also an avid fan of Cornhusker football and College World Series. Hendee has visited all 93 counties in Nebraska as well as the White House, the Alaska range, the Canadian Rockies, and the demilitarized zone in South Korea. Other subjects he has written on include the state's first mountain lions and Sandhill Crane Mmigration.

Web rot, in which actual materials remain online but undergo changes in their URLs, is too demanding in terms of staff time for us to hope to keep external links current.
